What a weekend for the Kings. For the 13th time this year we have managed 3 wins from 3 games.

The morning started with the Glamours facing off against old foes Scotch OC. The Glams where down at the first change by 10 points but managed to run themselves back into the lead to finish with a 50 point win and a birth into the clubs first grand final since 2006.

The B Grade had a stirring win in an absolute arm wrestle. Throughout the game the lead changed multiple times with no bigger margin than 15 points. The Kings went down by 2 points with 7 minutes to play but managed to drag themselves over the line by 8 points.

The A Grade led at every change against Seaton but had a scare at the start of the 4th quarter. Seaton managed the first 4 majors to get within 3 points. The Kings found some space in the last 10 minutes and managed to run out 4 goal winners.

It was a great weekend with plenty of support from the Pembroke community which we very much appreciate.

The Kings now travel to Modbury; Hazel Grove Ridgehaven; to take on the Hawks on their home deck. The B Grade will be underway from 12.15pm with the A Grade to follow at 2.15pm.

Your support on Saturday will go a long way in helping The Kings have 3 teams playing in Grand Finals in 8 days time.

The annual Pembroke Kings & Queens End of Season Dinner is taking place on the 17th of October held at the National Wine Centre.
